Heart sends multiple signals before failure, experts say:

Dr. Nakul Sinha, a senior cardiologist in India, says that before your heart fails, the heart sends you signals many times, which are ignored.
He expressed these views while addressing an awareness seminar on heart attack.
He said that it is a common matter in our lives to worry about the human body such as pain, swelling somewhere and these things are ignored as minor.
"It's not the right way for the heart to respond to signals sent to tell you you're in trouble," he said.
He said that mental problems, difficulty in breathing, difficulty in doing any easy work, weight gain without any reason, swelling of feet, etc. can all be signs that your heart is in trouble.
He also said that try to understand these signs because the heart attack can happen suddenly, but the problems in your heart arise gradually.
